    hey MellyMel

do you think more of holding style helped Hatton or hindered him against Collazo,Castillo,Urango,Tszyu etc ?

its debatable whether it helped him imo

Why the hell do people instantly feel the need to come into a fighters appreciation topic and trash it?

                Good luck tomorrow Hitman

I used to be a big Hatton fan, but I've gone off him a bit recently. I thought the Lazcano fight was a farce, especially when he could have given the 55,000 fans an all-British title fight against Junior Witter in what might be his last fight in Britain. I suppose I was just dissapointed because Hatton's competition had been so high after he won a title, but I can understand him wanting a tune-up after his first loss and Lazcano is a fairly tough tune-up.

I'm still a fan and I think that getting Mayweather Sr to remind him how to box can only be a good thing because he really did used to have some skills.

I'm certainly rooting for him against Malignaggi.
