Theres a lot of great fighters in his general weight area. You go down 5 pounds to lightweight you have the Diaz's, jose luis castillo, chico. AT junior welter you have harris, mayweather, gatti, hatton, cotto. Then at welterweight you have spinks, vernon Forest, and a few others. Anyways theres a lot of good fighters out there so to call tsyzu the best at 140 and under I would wait a little while.Comment

Cotto isn't ready just yet, but out of everybody at 140 he has the best chance vs. Kostya. Sharmba was getting owned inside in those clinches and pushed around like a rag doll. Kostya couldn't do that to Cotto because he doesnt have the physcial advantage over him. Cotto punches short and fast like Kostya too but Kostya is proven on this top level whereas Cotto isnt. have to make Kostya the favorite. But stylewise, Cotto is tougher for Kostya than say Floyd Mayweather. Floyd is too small, not strong enough and can't hit hard enough and hasn't proven he can take the punch above a mid level 140lber like Corley.Originally posted by Hurlexi dont care after what i saw i still stand by it...i say KT ko's cotto within 8...oh nd what did i say,...i told u all KT would ko SM earlyComment

KT does great against boxers because he is able to time them for that powerful right hand. However I believe he might have problems with Cotto's style. I still think its to early for the two to fight but in approx. a year Cotto will be ready to face KT and I think Cotto will be able to win via UD. I just don't see anyone putting KT down for the count.Comment

Cotto will not build Kostya's legacy. Cotto is still learning, while Kostya is trying to put the finishing touches on his legend. Cotto will rule the division when KT leaves. Welcome back Kostya.Originally posted by INFAMOUZGive Cotto a few more years and the division will be his.Comment
