Why the hell would they turn down this doubleheader? Two of the more bankable stars in the game, just because they're coming off losses don't deserve a doubleheader? It's like their comeback fights!

They have to fight someone a little better than Rubio and Jennings.

I'm glad HBO didn't pick it up. I'm tired of seeing stars matched too soft on HBO. Save that stuff for ESPN.

Even against soft competition, I dont get why they would turn it down. Unless they have something else that is really great on their plate. And while its ****ty its either this or untelevised.

I agree. It's time everyone step it up. Nowadays we see fighters fighting 40 year olds and being generally mismatched often until they land one career defining fight which will catapult them to somewhere (not where they think). It's just not good enough. In K1 the best fight the best SEVERAL TIMES in the course of A SINGLE YEAR, ending up in a tournament. The level of the competition is so high that even the weakest of them is more often then not a champion (not has been) himself. Boxing is really getting sloppy and as someone said "squeezing every last penny out of die-hard fans". But those too will be having enough of it soon. I've had enough a long time ago (since Lennox left and the last i bought was PBF vs Hatton which i don't regret as it was not a mismatch and both guys were fit and physically able to go 12 if needed).

I have bought EVERY big PPV this year. And I am just about fed up with this bull****.

It is getting to the points where you must pay 50 Dollars for a championship fight.

This ppv beats buying any hopkins bull****, or another Roy Jones debacle or some Del la hoya crap, or Trinidad garbage or Chavez Jr versus some cab driver.

I got fed up years ago. That's why I'll never, ever, again buy another ppv that features any Golden Boy Fighters except Marquez. No hopkins, no mosley, and definitely no De la hoya. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
