They are both around the same age late 30's all were at the tip top for years but only one of them was a house hold name and was given credit until the less popular Lewis/Calz was able to come out from the shadow of Holyfield/Tyson/Jones/Hopkins with a win over them.

I can agree that there is a comparison there too.

Holy wasn't as shot as Jones, but I'd say Tyson was pretty shot. Although I'm not sure that either Lewis or Calzaghe have come out of those shadows in terms of American popularity. Also Lewis got more respect than Calzaghe does.

Jones isn't 'shot' he just lost his super powers he's just normal now.
He still beats all but the tip top names same as Holyfield at that time.
