nice concept that the majority almost over see this as the possible scenario! then the match-up would be the losers Pacquiao and Hatton and i think this would be better!

Malignaggi will embarass Hatton, De La Hoya will murder him.

YOU KNOW WHAT CHICANO. ALL oscar HAS TO DO TO GAIN RESPECT IS FIGHT MARGARITO, (like he said he would) HE NEEDS TO STOP FIGHTING SMALLER FIGHTERS, AT HIS ADVANTAGE, WHILE THERE ARE FIGHTERS TO FIGHT AT YOUR OWN WEIGHT, AND STOP RUNNING FROM SERIOUS OPPONANTS!! SOMETHING HE'S BEEN DOING SINCE THE TITO FIGHT....

as much as i dont like oscar nowadays, i gotta give him props, that man is ****** rich and hes gettin filthier by the minute!!LOL
i beleive the fight vs pacquiao will break the record set by de la hoya vs mayweather. and the fight vs hatton will break ALL records put together, especially if they fight in the UK. as a boxing fan, i hate these matchups with a passion because none of those fights are going to prove anything to me as far as who is the best in boxing.
but if you think about it, more than half of the people that watch and support boxing dont know **** about the sport, they see it as just 2 guys fighting and are attracted to the fighters that the TV shows the most, they dont analyze the fights and break it down like the few fans that truly understand the sport.
thats why fighters like gatti, morales, pacquiao, ward, hatton and other fighters who take countless hits to the face get idolized so much. and fighters like mayweather, hopkins get ridiculed for being "boring" and "running" but who are in fact the very best at what they do.
and de la hoya has made it perfectly clear to me with his last choices of opponents that he doesnt care about being great, its just about making money. if he really cared for his legacy, he will be facing margarito on dec.6. but when it comes to making money, love him or hate him, i'd rather be on his side
