Let's not talk about Tarver. He and Jones had career ending losses within 2 weeks of each other. Chad Dawson whooped Tarver, was present at the Calzaghe jones fight, and called him out there. Chad Dawson > Tarver and he says he wants Calzaghe. Besides Calzaghe, Hopkins and Dawson are the only pple that matter in the light heavy weight division now. Well maybe GLen Johnson, I have to brush up on my Glen Johson, I have not kept up with his career (tho I know he's like 39 now). Also, besides all the money (is this a freaki'n accountant's forum or a BOXING forum?), arent most fighters concerned with their LEGACY, and not only their payday? Are pple more concerned historically with Haglers 2 or 3 losses or the wars that he has gone into, or do pple remember Ali's last 2-3 losses or the fact that he Bome Ye'ed Foreman and Frazier? All this money talk and ego cushioning is why Jones never rematched Hopkins, why Trinidad never rematched De La Hoya in their prime and why several potential match-ups never came to fruitition (will we ever see a Cotto-Mayweather fight? I've noticed...I'm not here to bash Margorito by any means but as some people have stated in this thread..Margorito is entitled to big payday...I'm all for Margorito getting a well desevered payday...but since he isnt fight Mosley for the 2 mil. Who is going to give him that other than a Cotto rematch...Its a legit question that has yet to be answered.

Thats something I can agree on...Stand firm on what you want...but my only problem is that when is he going to fight someone...He cant keep living off of Cotto's name...As a boxing fan...I just want to see the the guys at 147 get it on...thats my only beef here...I'm pretty sure its a lot of people feel the same way I do...Hell, I feel robbed!
