There are alot of bad things you can say about Kermit Cintron, but the dude fought Margarito twice. He got brutalized and knocked out, and then he begged Margarito for the chance to do it again.

Yeah, he breaks down mentally in his fights....but anyone who steps into the ring with Margarito twice must be given the benefit of the doubt when it comes to balls.

As for his nickname "the killer"; its a generic, and a mediocre tag. It fits him only in the sense that he has a great punch. He doesn't have the mentality of a killer in his style, though.
