there hasnt ever been any big money at cruiser and wont be anytime soon. Its not a very prestigious division and now that Haye's long gone it doesnt have any marketable fighters or ticket sellers, hence the division's #1 is fighting on the Versus network and not HBO or showtime.

anyone who thinks Dawson-Haye could or might ever happen clearly knows **** all about boxing.

I'm not so sure haye would be able to shed back down to cruiserweight again very easily,

but for the sake of argument haye would most likely knock dawson something ugly.

Haye would destroy Dawson at Cruiser weight, far too powerfull, the main reason he is now fighting at Heavy is because he cleaned the Cruisers up..

Dawson is a small ish LHW really, when you consider he can still can get down to 168 so he says.

Haye is a huge CW, and would struggle to get there now.

If it came off at CW Haye would lose some health, but would still be stronger and quicker there than Dawson imo. So Haye takes this. Dawson isn't a huge puncher either so probably wouldn't trouble even Haye too much given the sizes. Save the obvious lame example of a Haye loss.
