i think it is time for Margarito to leave top rank and try to find big fights and paydays on his own...after the cotto rematch that is.
if he beats cotto again(i think he will) he should then buy his way from under arum's thumb. i mean look at what it did for floyd and oscar. not saying that tony is as big of stars that those two are, but another win over cotto could help.
that is the only way i see him getting paid the way he would like to. if he stays under top rank and with arum, he will contiue to go the way he is going.
on a side note: i don't think margo is scared of any fighter, but this is not looking good at all. margo needs to look at the examples that have been set in front of him by oscar and floyd. leave arum, and you might make the money you seek. stay, and you will continue to be a slave to arum and top rank.
another side note: if he does win a cotto rematch, and does leave arum, the only fights i think he will make big money for himself are, pw, oscar, mosley(but it might be to late by then) and maybe try and fight hatton. clotty would be a problem i think casue margo would have left arum, and arum would most likey make that a difficult payday. if all else fells, try and fight floyd...after all, you are no longer with arum, and i think that was all that held that fight back in the first place.
