Barrera vs. De la Hoya @ 140 who wins?

Barrera might be coming to 140, as is DLH according to his claims.

DLH could very well regard him as the perfect opponent, old, coming up in weight, etc, and it would probably be a super fight of sorts for Mexicans.

Barrera might want to vindicate JCC's name by defeating DLH.

Who wins at 140, an old fat Barrera or a old weight drained/weak DLH?

I should add this fight would be even more enticing for Barrera once DLH destroys Pacman because Barrera knows he can't beat Pacman but he can indirectly beat him by conquering Pacman's conqueror, so if Barrera were to beat DLH @ 140lbs he would in essence be beating the guy that beat the guy that beat him. Look for them to try to make this fight later next year.

The fight gets cancelled when DLH passes out at the weigh-in and has to be taken to the hospital to be hydrated.

        No way he makes 140.

In 2009, DLH fights Hatton, or maybe Chavez Jr.

well dude he says he's 145lbs already and it's like a month left to go til the fight. If he's not lying about the weight he's at now then 140 should not be a problem for him.

cus he didn't know how far he can take his body. He said in the interview he wanted to see how far he can go and do it very gradually. He said that when he first reached around 145 he felt weak and light headed but now a few weeks later he feels great, so great that he feels he can reach 140

DLH always flip-flops about his weight. You read an article and he says "this is gonna be so hard to make the weight but I'll do it" and then a couple days later he says "oh I'm in the best shape of my life, I will make the weight with no problem at all! I feel strong and young again!". Then a few days later he's like "the weight will be hard but I am up for the challenge".

He said he was at 147 for a month before the Forbes fight, then he weighed 150.5.

He won't fight @ 140, he's outgrown that long ago.
