If anything, a neutral ref alone makes a huge difference. Hatton would probably get allot more leather on Floyd, but that does not mean it will be enough. I say a Draw or Mayweather in a close Decision.

Yeah, Mayweather is still just THAT good. I don't think he knocks Ricky out in a rematch but I still see him winning a UD.
