That said, I wish he'd give his mouth a rest. I'm weary of the constant "I'll do X to Y Klitschko". It's like trying to get some rest whilst next door's dog keeps on barking.

He should concentrate more on tightening up his guard and increasing his head movement. Talk with your fists, David.
I agree. He is an obviously talented boxer and I 'm looking forward to seeing what he can do in the division. But enough with the "this is what I'm going to do" speeches. Don't talk about it, be about it.

they dont start fast enough? did you watch the first wlad-brewster fight? aside from the fact that wlad had something terribly wrong with him (if you want to disagree, the fact is his blood sugar level was over 3x higher than normal after the fight, coincidence?) wlad was DESTROYING brewster for those first 4 or 5 rounds, what ever it was. there is NO way in hell haye would take the ass beating that brewster was taking, and to be honest im not even sure if haye has as good of a defense as brewster.

the difference in wlad - haye is defense, wlad has masterful defense, people just dont give him credit for it cause hes considered a KO fighter, but he uses his offensive tools to add to his defense, and rarely ever gets hit. haye on the other hand wings wild bombs, and that wild **** wont work on wlad any more. how ever i still think its his best shot to win cause lets be honest, both fighters can knock each other out right? and if you think haye is a better BOXER in terms of skills, than wladimir, you are down right idiotic. haye needs to come out going wild, his best shot is to land something big, wild, and unexpected, but still its not going to work.

as for vitali haye, vitali could tie his hands behind his back and haye would never knock him out. hayes best option here is to take a few seminars with lennox lewis on how to open cuts.

i think haye is forgetting that Tyson was incredibly skilled and technichally masterful with his footwork, defense, head movement, punching technique and combo's, etc along with a ****ing iron chin which has been mentioned already. Haye is considerably bigger than Tyson and has power and good handspeed, that's it, it is enough to make noise but to compare himself to tyson = ******ed

The best technique for Haye is the one Spinks used, plenty of movement around the ring then a sudden attack with a quick burst of punches to body and head and then get the hell out of there, Spinks was able to do it effectively against Holmes in there first fight although at times he looked like he was about to die in the corner lol, and he did it very impressively against Cooney. Thats what Haye needs to do i think if he tried to copy Tyson he would get stopped but i don't think he is actually going to change his style to be honest its just all talk.

Wlad could have also been injecting Insulin so let's not get to far with the poison theory. How about self poison.

I think it is a possibility.

"More and more athletes may be taking insulin to boost their performance illegally, New Scientist has learned. Insulin is almost impossible to detect using dope tests. Worse still, the hormone could kill if wrongly administered.
Doctors in Britain are increasingly worried by anecdotal reports that athletes are taking insulin, the life-saving drug used by many diabetics. Bodybuilders pioneered the illegal use of insulin several years ago, but evidence that the habit is spreading to other sports has remained sketchy.

Harder evidence that insulin is being abused in sport has now emerged from a confidential needle exchange scheme for bodybuilders and other sports enthusiasts, run in the north of England by family doctor Rob Dawson.

He says that at least 10 per cent of his 450 regular patients have admitted to using the drug - an increasing number of them non-bodybuilders. "It's spreading outside bodybuilding," he says. Most get it from friends who are diabetics.

"Incorrectly administered, it could kill you stone-dead or leave you as a vegetable," says Peter Sonksen, a specialist in the study of insulin at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine in London."

Tyson had the chin and elusiveness back in the day to take those risks; Haye, probably not...Agree.

Spinks had a weird style but very effective.

On his way to bein Undisputed Champ Tyson was never knocked down and won all his fights by a very big margin. Cept maybe Tucker or Green fight his opponents weren't even competitive.
