Prime Foreman packed the hardest punch

No doubt in my mind, based on how he destroyed Fraizer and Ken Norton - I gotta give the price for hardest puncher ever to a prime Foreman

What is your take on it? Yes/No and why?

I think Earnie Shavers packed the harder punch, opponents who have faced both of them say that Shavers punched harder.

Shavers had better one-punch power but Foreman was a better puncher overall.

Man, people who are dumb enough to get in the ring with both of them at one point or the other wouldn't know who hit the hardest. They would be to busy coming back from their coma
