David Haye Eyes Heavyweight Foe For Feb/March

David Haye made a lot of noise last weekend in London when he dropped Monte Barrett five times before stopping him in the fifth round at the O2 Arena. He wants to fight one of the Klitschko brothers next. Wladimir has to make a defense of his titles on December 13 against Hasim Rahman. Vitali must defend against WBC mandatory Juan Carlos Gomez, with no date being set as of yet. [details]

Even though I'm not a Haye fan, he really shouldn't fight a klitschko next. Beating Barrett isn't really anything great... People have taken barrett out in the first or second round before.

Who is rushing Hayes career? He can seriously get hurt, I know this is boxing and all. But damn, this is crazy to want one of the klitschko's next... Haye is very talented but someone or he is rushing his own career to get a nice paycheck...

Haye needs another fight first, most definitely. Preferably a tall opponent.

Who gives a ****? He has the balls to step up to take on heavyweight veterans in only his 3rd heavyweight fight and also brings some entertainment (which you'll probably watch for free anyway). Doesn't that deserve a small amount of credit?

Dimitrenko would be a good test, as would Arreola or Peter.

LOL. I swear bro, Jesus Christ himself could come to this Earth and box and you would hate his guts if he fought out of Britain.

Haye can't even take a punch from super middleweights

Kessler's sparring partner, super middleweight bum Lolenga Mock dropped Haye twice and hurt him very bad...It should've been a 2nd round TKO win for Mock, but the fight was in the UK and the biased corrupt British ref let it continue...Any other ref would've stopped that fight.

Not sure on that one. I do think he should take another fight first, but Haye seems confident that he has the ability to knock Wlad out, so we''ll see. Haye has absurd power, it's just a matter of being able to get close enough to land the heavy shots. Wlad can be beaten and it didn't take a genius to do it (3 times already).
