Jones was never that good - Hopkins was a green contender, Toney almost needed a drip to fight, McCallum was 40 and lied about his age so possibly closer to 50, Ruiz was the worst HW champ in history. Other than that who did Roy fight? Frazier and his cop mates? Hopkins beat Pavlik after Joe - clearly in his prime as Pavlik would walk through the likes of Hagler and Monzon.
