We have something tenuous to compare them both with now...Joe spanked Lacy when Lacy was unbeaten and at his best, 12 rounds of utter destruction, and Taylor looked generally ok against a shot fighter....Taylor asking £10mill to fight Joe seems sensible now, he priced himself out for the right reasons....Joe would have owned Taylor like a whore *****.

Joe would have a comfortable points victory over Taylor. It wouldn't be the utter destruction that he handed Lacy, but he'd win with a bit to spare.

No one was clamouring for joe to fight Taylor until Pavlik got destroyed. Taylor has lost 2 of his last 3. Dawson is THE ONLY guy even half deserving of Fighting Joe other than Hopkins.
