You're disillusioned. Roy should have retired at least 5 years ago. Nobody wanted to see Ali grow old and get permanently injured. Same with Roy. Let him go.

losing to one of the top guys in boxing right not does not qualify as a reason that he needs to retire. There is still many fighters he can beat.

Just look at the dudes avatar, that pretty much represents whats going on inside his head. Don't bother listening to him.

Jones loses to the #3 P4P fighter in the world @ 39 and suddenly guys wana act like he was a never was. Anybody with any sense know Jones is nothing close to what he once was, but like you mentioned, he's still better than 99% of the guys in the LHW division.

Roy will fight again and I still think B-hop is the guy he needs to target. Workrate is a killer to the "Old Roy Jones" and Hopkins lacks in the dept. If he manages to beat Hopkins even now, he stands to put another stamp on his career.

Guys, we have to be real. Roy would not stand a chance against BHop right now. Roy is done fighting against top level fighter. It is sad but it is just the way it is. Let's just remember and enjoy his amazing career.
