Only half assed logic to a nuthugger. I'll give Jones all the props he DESERVES, but only a nuthugger could consider the Ruiz win as a great win. Jones' had the shortest tour of duty in the heavyweight division in history. You really shouldn't even go there.

Heres The Glove's question to you, how is Calzaghe an ATG?


He beat a washed up Jones, an very old Hopkins and an old Eubank. The rest of the jabronis he beat are not even decent fighters. Unless you are going to judge his greatness on wins over Kessler and Lacy, which are not greats. I really don't see how you can make the claim that hes an ATG. Sure the little jabroni is undefeated, but he beating Richie Woodhall. Fact remains, hes never beaten a great fighter in their prime, over even close to their prime.

After The Glove got his pie, after the Glove layed the smackdown a few jabronis on know your role Blvd. The Glove must confess Calzaghe does deserve some credit for the Hopkins win. Hopkins was still a damn good fighter...so Calzaghe fans I will give you that win.

However, The Glove does not believe that Hopkins was as good as he once was. I think Pavlik's style allowed it appear that way.
