I'd pick Sam Peter or Sultan Ibragimov if they are going to get in the ring

EDIT: Peter and Ibragimov aren't Tune ups so a fight to really test himself against an "A" grade Heavyweight

he needs to fight one of the east-euro / russian robots as a tune up for the klits... forget about peter
