It's official, UFC is a JOKE. Lesnar wins UFC heavyweight title.

How does someone from a fake sport win the heavyweight title from a sport that is supposed to be "the most difficult and most real fighting sport" according to it's fans? I'd like to see Ray Misterio Jr. try and beat Miguel Cotto or Floyd Mayweather.. boy he'd be in for an ass whoopin'. The fact that this was even a PPV was a joke and the outcome of the fight makes it an even bigger one.

And they say boxers couldn't last in UFC ... well, a fake athlete just did!

yep and as usual Dana White will not reveal PPV numbers in order to hide the fact taht UFC viewership is going downthe tubes. This just sums it up, a former WWF champion like Undertaker and Hulk Hogan is now the world Champion of UFC. What a sad joke.

I watched it cause I like Lesnar, but I did have a discussion with a big time UFC fan and I said how many times does a guy with no former back ground in MMA in a WHOLE that has less then 5 fights gets a title shot and wins it.

sin , brock lesnar wrestled in college for 4 years.

he was an all-american wrestler. won ncaa and big ten conference championships as a wrestler.

he's not a veteran at mma but he's very experience in wrestling which is a big part of mma fighting.

Nothing fake about being a two-time NCAA All-American.

to be fair, he was the ncaa championship as a wrestler. Wrestling is something important in mma and he has mastered that aspect of fighting. Everything else he just needed to work on. He is already huge and that gives him a big advantage. So i wouldnt call him a fake athlete when he got a full scholarship to a division 1 college and wont a national championship.

I aint dogging you or w.e im just sort of trying to be fair here. Eventhough i dont like ufc or mma whatsoever

LOL @ the 2-1 record. The closest thing I can think of to that in boxing would be Leon Spinks, he was 6-0-1 when he beat the very old Ali. But Spinks had a real good amateur pedigree at least
