        im assuming you mean that pawing his face with his gloves???..........ive seen him get hit plenty of times while doing that....but his defense just sucks so i dont htink thats a big problem......i still love the dude.....JT BABY!!!!

            It's more annoying than anything.

            It reminds me of when crickers place the bat in front of the stumps and check with the umpire that it's in the middle.

            It's like he's checking to see where the middle of his forehead is.




            ...yeah, it really does distract me into thoughts like this sometimes.

                Not really, that's a habit he's always had. His hand is still in position to block, and he seems aware that its happening. I know it might sound strange but the "tick" is actually a way for him to signal, 'come on, I'm ready to fight'. Surely it's not an Arkansas thing, but I'm from Little Rock also and I've seen people do that and other "ticks" like it all the time during a fight. Beautiful technical fight tonight by the way, with some pretty decent defense.
