explain? I make boxing gif images, I have made alot of them. Alot of them are on my *******. I make them smaller then 5 megs, because ******* has a 5 meg limit. Also, ******* seems to have the best bandwidth out of any storage place I've met.

How do you get the footage from the fight to make the gif?

How do you get the footage from the fight to make the gif?

Download the fight, preferably an .avi formart xvid works perfect. Then I cut the file with tmpenc plus 2.5 for the spot I want and make it into a vcd. Vcd is a good format because jasc animation shop loves this kind of .mpg. Then I open that .mpg clip up in Animationshop, and size down the file by changing the resolution and probably lesser quality so I can have a file a little smaller then 5 megs.

For all I know I'm doing it the complicating way, there might be easier ways... That is just how I do it.

I also use Tmpgplus 2.5 to create dvds and muxman, and ifoedit to finalize the dvd. Then I burn it with Nero.
