I know that a lot of British and European fans talk a lot of **** on here but why do so-called intelligent boxing fans try so hard to discredit British fighters?

I don't think the ones that discredit British fighters based on their nationality can be considered intelligent posters. I just discount those individuals permanently whenever I see any evidence of them doing that.

I hated David Haye ever he bad mouthed Calzaghe. I'd understand if David Gaye respected Calzaghe, but he just attacks Calzaghe. And the hilarious thing is that Calzaghes resume looks like hof material compared to David Gayes.

Sorry, I'm still mad that David Gaye didn't lose yet. The klits will be the ones to ko this kid.

I agree, some Americans are too hard on UK boxers. But I think really knowledgable, true boxing fans can evaluate them without prejudice.

I never judge a fighter by his nationality. I've never been to the UK, but Joe Calzaghe is one of my favorites. I've never been to Australia, yet I'm a big fan of Kostya Tszyu. I've never been to Mexico, but I'm a fan of Margarito, Mijares, Monteil, and Soto.

Haye seems to have less class than British fighters such as Eubank and Calzaghe, he's difficult for me to like.
