Something like one of Barrett's friends or family got murdered or something just before the fight.

Or did i imagine that?, i'm sure i heard that one way or the other Barrett had mental problems going into the fight.
Maybe he said that about the Rahman fight too but he avenged his loss in a rematch the very next fight and ko'ed Crazy Cliff.

Monte Barrett was mentally messed up that night because Don King had been ****ing him over ruthlessly.

I was just joking to wind up Haye nuthuggers earlier in the thread. Barrett is actually a good fighter and will be a very good test for Haye.

I think it takes a lot of nerve to complain about your per diem when all of that is stipulated in the contract he signed. $50 is pretty standard, in fact the undercard guys are probably on getting $30.

Yet you still picked him to win.

I wouldn't give Haye much credit for this win but it's certainly a better win for him than Tomasz Bonin.

The Klitschko's know what it's about, build Haye up and then crush him.

Do you think they are worried about Wlad's chin?.

Why does Vitali want the fight all of a sudden?.

Vitali has to fight his mandatory and Wlad's spent a year ****ing about with his, it has got to be Wlad surely?.

i think if you're wlad/vitali's handlers...... you'd prefer the tougher vitali against haye and the more polished wlad against the skilled gomez.
