Did you see the jesse feleciano fight? Anyone can hurt Cintron, dude is not invincible what so ever. He doesn't like getting punched even by a guy who looks like he is punching soft. After the fight was over Cintron pulled a muscle when celebrating that or he was hurt by a pillow puncher.

i think he did that because he was embarrased of his performance
kinda like saying "Oh my hand was broken thats why i struggled with this bum"
