Martinez has to get rid of his International Boxing Association belt before getting bigger fights (on their home page, IBA last updated their ratings in Nov 2007).

"The Cobra" (24-0; 14) is top ten rated by the four majors, and since this also was for the NABF title, he will rocket on the WBC ratings.
