Have to agree, I think that Joe is a better fighter in 2005 than he was in 1998...

It's a never ending debate but for me, Calzaghe's hand problems have forced him to develop a degree of boxing skills which might have not come to the fore had he still been able to ****...

Reading Joe's auto-biography, it's obvious that he has adapted his training and style since the repeated hand injuries and I can't help but think it has done him a favour as he approaches the golden years...

In my opinion, there is probably a moment in time when Calzaghe Jones would have been a very special fight, a real pick um, but when that was is up for debate....maybe around 2001 - 2002....

I wish everyone would realise that every fight is a snapshot of the participants ability at that exact moment...
