Horus's problem is, he puts too much emphasis on belts and titles. A bum can win a title and be champion. Look at Baldomir for example. So because he had a title when Floyd fought him, and Shane didnt have one when Cotto faced him, that makes Baldomir better than Shane?

Its up to Bob Arum to decide who he fights
So you question shoud be directed towards Arum and not cotto

perfect example When Floyd was with Arum that is when he was fighting the Castillos the Corrales fights
he became his own promoter and then the hand picked least risk most money fights started

Listen Great Fighters all have a couple things in common.
1. Ambition
2. Heart
3. Ego
4. Sense of history


This is Cotto fault to this extent, he has to do with Oscar did to bob arum and leave if Bob doesnt make the fight that doesnt make you better than what your are.
