... more free TV in the US. This is ridiculous. How can the powers at large be so short-sighted here. When is someone going to use their heads and say: If we get more people interested, it will be more money for everyone in the long run.
Look, I'll keep paying for fights and going to them and I'm sure there are others like me. But when an event like Calzaghe/Jones gets placed at the ass-end of Sportscenter and gets almost zero coverage from local networks (IN NEW YORK!?), I think it's time we re-examine avenues that appeal to a mainstream sports fan.
