If Haye gets stopped he says he will retire because if he can't beat Barrett then he can't beat the Klitschko brothers. If he gets knocked down but comes back and wins then it's still on because it just shows how much heart he has.

I feel like the potential for his mega bout rests on quite a bit of hype.. So, I'm wondering what happens if against his current and relatively mediocre opponent he doesn't perform well.. If David Haye gets knocked down en route to a lackluster victory over Barret.. Does that put him at the back of the line? I hope the fight gets made but i'm just wondering what others think.
If Barrett knocks Haye down, the public will know there would be little to no chance of beating anybody boxing with the last name Klitschko and would not demand the fight any longer. If Barrett knocks him down and Haye still wins, it still devastates his heavyweight title chances.*

            * Unless it's a questionable KD that is.

If he gets KD'd then gets back up to knock Barrett the **** out then I doubt it will surprise anyone. The same thing happened in the Mormeck fight.

Haye is underestimating Monte's resiliency. Even if Haye puts Monte down, I guarantee you he gets up. Then what is David going to do??? I think Monte will find a way to win this fight and I think it will be by KO. He really seems to be reinvigorated.
