                                    a referee can call a bout if he sees that a boxer is unable to continue.. no matter how much time left on the clock. you dont fight for 2:55 seconds.. you fight for 3. If the other fighter catches you legit and you don't have your senses together then it should be a technical knock out.
                                    It doesn't bug me at all what happened.. then again, I was never a die hard fan of either one of them.
