easily Floyd because of his huge mouth and not backing it up against the top fighters in the welterweight division. honestly if he cameback and beat what ever combination 2 out of 3 from Margarito, Cotto, or Williams i would shut up about him and respect his as a top 20 ATG

to be fair floyd is not really a natural welterweight.

he's more a natural lightweight or super lightweight.

but if you want to claim to be the best WELTER out there like he claims he should have fought the best welters out there......

if he had just gone to 147 and 154 to challenge for belts and big money and gone back down to 140 it'd have been all good. he's really quite small for 147.
