agreed. calzaghe beat my favorite fighters past their primes, but he is still a helluva fighter and a good man. ricky hatton seems overhyped, but i like ricky. he is an exciting fighter and a good guy. i guess its more his fans that annoy me sometimes, but then again they are good for boxing. i tend to like boxers for the most part. guys like mayweather and hopkins who anger people with their personas and pre-fight antics are a lot cooler around the gym to up-and-comers. even if it were legit, i still love those guys for their style and unmatched skill. i used to hate tarver, but now i am growing to tolerate and even like the guy. i almost felt bad for him when dawson was outclassing him in their matchup.
on the other hand. james butler was a scumbag piece of ****. he was a bastard in and out of the gym. besides the sucker punch, which was one of the most cowardly things ever witnessed in a boxing ring, he was a murderer. i think of this horrible atrocity every time i start to get annoyed with max kellerman, and then i am not so mad anymore, because that was some sh%t right there that he had to endure. if we are gonna throw a strong word like hate around, lets put it in perspective and direct it towards this horribly deformed mutation of the human species.Comment
