No one would question his resume if he had fought at 175.

He never fought a talented heavyweight with size so it's impossible to really say for sure how he would've done in match-ups such as this.

Rocky weighed 184 for the Jersey Joe Walcott fight, I'm quite sure he could make LHW. If not then have the fight at a catchweight of 180 lbs as those seem to be very popular these days.

Just like Glen Johnson, Rocky was a little underrated skill-wise. He was no Ray Robinson but he didn't defend punches with his chin unlike most people think.
