Calzaghe would kill Toney with his work rate and consistent pressure IMO.

Toney would die before he could make 175, but assuming for entertainment purposes he could while maintaining a semblence of health and vitality, then what you described above is exactly why Toney WOULD win the fight. There is nothing more pleasing to Toney's eye than a fighter who's always coming forward throwing punches. Toney can conserve his legs and his energy and just deflect Calslappy's numerous pitty pats and counter effectively with short shots. Once in a while Toney would load up and land huge shots when it mattered. The only rounds I can see Calslappy winning are rounds Toney takes off. It would be a crisper version of Toney-Jirov.

But it'll never happen.
