this is lame, they all have their right to be in hall of fame, but if i had one pick, it's Bernard Hopkins............ his age defying fights at the highest level in the sport, no one can match that.............not until someone does......

he's like cal ripken, i don't think that there will be another like him in a long long time............

you fools need to STOP crying..........
        "This is lame"
        "****** thread"

The fun part about this thread is the FACT you only have one vote.

My vote goes to Bernard Hopkins, RJJ has a SLIGHTLY better resume, but Bernard has WON ALL HIS BIG FIGHTS. No one has, or ever will, pull a rabbit out of a hat like Nard those......NEVER

BTW: Calzaghe isn't getting any love ...............LAMO

I like all three so it's an interesting thread,But Im gonna have to say Roy Jones Jr.
I mean he was a great, dominant and phenomenal fighter and I dont think anyone will ever be as dominant as him,Let alone achieve what he has achieved.

Roy Jones Jones Jr was at Light-Heavyweight the most undisputed champion ever in any weight division.
At Light-Heavyweight he held the WBC,WBA,WBF,IBO,IBF,IBA and NABF title belts at the same time.
He's also the only fighter this century to be Champ from Middle-Heavyweight.

He was something special,I dont think we'll be lucky enough to see another fighter like him in our lifetimes.

ya I know, but you'd have to agree with the fact that sports now-a-days is based soley on, "What have you done for me lately?" and lately RJJ hasn't done ****.

a fomer Middleweight champ becoming a heavyweight champ is pretty historic, even with the alphabet belts.

on the other hand, fighting like Hopkins is at his age is pretty legendary.

so its hard to say, actually.

I feel bad for Calzaghe in this thread, but honestly, he hasnt done anything as historically significant as the other two. sorry bud.

Anybody who doesn't say Jones jr is full of ****!!! Only one sentence needs to be taken into consideration.

"The first fighter to win a middleweight world championship and heavyweight world championship in over 100 years!"
