Just read the bottom portion of your post, Joe Cortez was clearly incompetent in the Soto/Lorenzo fight. He was going to jump in and stop the fight, then Dq'd Soto for grazing Lorenzo and taking forever without getting a doctor to check Lorenzo who was bleeding on the ground for a good 5 mins.

No. Cortez has been awful in several other fights too, he did everything he could do to help Mayweather defeat Hatton. He belongs in the Wall of Shame.
