well.. having watched Angulo fight up close as well... this is my fair assessment (and I am gonna try to be as non-biased as i can bro)

Angulo does have a slight edge in power over Vanes...

BUTTT... Vanes has a muchhh bigger edge in speed over Angulo... and that is what i believe would be the decisive factor if/when they fight.
