When Delahoya Beats Pacman..will He Step To Calzaghe?

This is probably my first post here as I haven't been on since I've joined. lol. Anyway, I just wanted to know who thinks that after beating Pacman Delahoya will move up and then fight Joe C? That could be another big payday for both and since beating Hopkins and RJJ this could put another notch in JC's belt without too much risk. I mean I'm sure after Oscar wins Joe will call him out for picking on little guys. Thoughts?

Highly unlikely. I say unlikely because I never rule out Oscar's greed and lame attempts to sell his greatness. (Which was firmly cemented about 8 years ago.)

I doubt it, he knows better than to go up to or above 160 again, he was unwilling to go up to 166 against Trinidad, which would have been a huge payday for him.

MONEY MONEY MONEY. That's what he'd do it for. And I'm sure it would generate interest. The undefeated Italian vs The Golden boy. He can drop "down" to fight pacman I'm sure he could move a bit up and they "meet" at some "acceptable" weight. Look at him and pacman now. You're going to tell me that fight's not just for money? lol

He'll fight Tito again one of these days. Though it will probably be when they're both in their 50's at 175lbs.

Of course De La Hoya-Pacquiao is for money but it's Pacquiao that's making the sacrifices. De La Hoya does not want to be placed at any kind of disadvantage. A fairer fight would be De La Hoya-Pavlik and even that is pretty absurd.
