Alfredo Angulo Wants Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. To Step Up

Junior middleweight prospect Alfredo Angulo (14-0, 11KOs) is calling out another unbeaten junior middleweight prospect, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (38-0, 29KOs), to step up to the plate by getting in the ring for an all-Mexican showdown. A member of Angulo's team told ESTO that a fight with Chavez will bump the winner within reach of a title shot. [details]

chavez snr is his prime would give angulo problems, luckily for angulo... Jr... isn't that good at all.

I got Angulo by stoppage, doubt this fight is made. Chavez Snr will not let his son sign the contract for this fight. And I doubt Jr even has the balls to sign the contract, because he probably even knows he can't win.

Let's see if JCC Jr.'s people will let him step up. It would be a good match for him to see where he stands. He could either get blasted out or be competitive. I just don't know if JCC Jr's team will send him out against a tough ass fighter in Angulo.

I have been harder on Jr. than any other boxer, but he would get a ton of respect from me if he accepts this challenge.

Sadly, I doubt he'd be allowed to take this fight even if he wanted it. His handlers are scouring every bar in the midwest looking for bums for him to fight.
