First of, cong**** Joe, awesome performance.
Second, that was a very shot Roy, but none the less I pulled for him everysecond.
Onto the historical point I am trying to make.
I as a fan, and I think alot of you will agree with me on this, will never look at Calz to be the better of the two or be the Face of this passing generation; It will be Roy. Roy will be the Legend, the ATG. Calz, well, he'll be just great(no small feet). I make this case, because it is we the fans, the internet critics will decide whom deserves to be the best, and who will tell stories about.
It cannot be that you beat 2 old men and all of the sudden reign as an ATG. You cannot go from man who's best wins are Lacy and Kessler(I love this guy, no ****) to boxing's best kept secret in the past 20 years.
Yes Calz is great and deserves credit, but I feel that when we look back at this past era, the highlights, the KOs, and all things spectacular about boxing will see ROY.
Prime for prime we can say would be a close competitive fight, but can anyone really, with a straight face, say that Calz would beat Jones?
