Anybody who says that Mayweather crumbles after getting his is a DIP****.

And he defeated Delahoya 8 rounds to 4. 7 rounds minimum, no matter what that one judge says.

You're the one who said Mayweather could make 140.

I'm wondering why he isn't going down to 140 to make some money.

He obviously didn't want to tangle with the big boys of 47.

But he can make 140 you say?

          1) It's more like tyou are the only one who thinks MAyweather canNOT make 140. Why don't you start a poll?

          2) How can it have anything to do with retirement, when he was scheduled to face De La Hoya at 147 at the time of his retirement?

Mayweather would make 140 very easily.

It's not other than his putrid scary obsession with Floyd bubbling to the surface yet again.

I know here in the US the doctors would have stopped it, but do you see either one with enough mental toughness to be able to do that? I mean I see B-Hop doing it, I saw Pac-Man doing it, I see JMM doing it, ALI did it, you get my drift..............
floyd fought with carlos hernandez with broken hand,it means he fought with one hand it tells you something.not ****ing broken jaw, you can cover up when your jaw is broken like abraham did i would rather to see how abraham will fight with one hand.

Also WTF is a "finess" fighter? And a "productive finess" fighter?
the 11th round of that fight should have told everyone in this thread what mayweather is really made of when it counts.

Mentally weak? When he takes on a fight hes so mentally strong that he wins his fight before the fight happens...watch him with the press, he is the most self believing boxer ever (sometimes to the point that he puts away fans from him, but thats another story). His mental strenght also allows him to train harder than most boxers, going 15 minutes rounds against multiple sparring partners, and come fight night he never was shy against anyone, if he backs down its only his strategy, he never had fear of toe to toe exchanges, with some opponents going toe to toe was his strategy all along. As someone already posted winning his fight against hernanez while one handed and very injured shows how much heart he can have

But we have numerous "ATG's" who stay the course, no matter what. What is that from? Isn't that mental toughness? Look at JMM vs Pac I, isn't what JMM did all Mental toughness?

Mental toughness isnt only about coming back from a knockdown to win mate, Mental toughness is fighting against adversity in the ring...Danny williams fought with a dislocated shoulder to KO potter with one hand, Arthur abraham fought on from the 5th round with a broken jaw till the end of the fight, Ali fought ken norton with a broken jaws, Mayweather fought on against Carlos "famoso" hernandez with a broken hand...He fought Castillo (A prime) with a torn shoulder..............Thats is mental toughness with someone coming off a KD.
