It is good that he's being active, but a firm haha at your description of Vinny. Sure he's an entertaining fighter and his first fight with Minto is one of the best you'll ever see at heavy, but his losses do not represent top competition. They aren't even really middling competition. His losses were a 3rd round KO against super, super old man Holyfield, a decision to Alfred Cole (lol!), and two KO losses to Minto. Brian Minto. He also lost a technical decision to Julius 'LOL' Long before Long's pot smoking ways got it turned into a NC.

Boytsov is fighting the same competition at age 22 as most of the others (Witherspoon, Arreola, Scott, Dimitrenko) fought at 24-25. Hawkins and Maddalone are good opponents at this point, but I want him to step up in 2009.

Dimitrenko at age 26 definitely needs to step up, one of the organizations should put him in an eliminator.
