The Reason Why Calzaghe Will Fight 1 More Time

Unlike Lopez and Marciano, If Calzaghe were to retire today he would not do it as a reigning world champion.

Ring doesn't have him listed as champ at 68 anymore.

      I think he'll fight again.

      $$$$$

Even though he says its not a big deal to him, $$$$ rings the bell, you answer the door.

If he fights again it will be for his ego more than anything else. Dawson wouldnt be much of a threat so Id say he pretty much knows it so we may see that fight next year before his official retirement.

I believe the reason why calzaghe will fight 1 more time is to fight one last time in his hometown arena.

The 10 year younger, 4 inch taller, slick, undefeated southpaw Chad Dawson wouldn't be much of a threat?

From what I can see, Kessler has his WBA belt and the WBO and WBC belts are vacant. He had already been stripped of the IBF after Bika.

One reason I think he would fight on is that he is not #1 P4P. Which is more important that retiring undefeated.
