Being sexualyl insecure and what we "yanks" consider gay kissing is two different things. If grabbing someone else’s **** was costume and the "Yanks" didn't want to do it, would that be insecurity?
Hey Scooter, let's **** each other in the ass. It's not gay because we are "secure" with our sexuality.
I'm cool with people being gay...but you cannot expect people to all agree on two straight men kissing on the lips as not being "iffy"
And for us "Yanks," Tyson did kiss Jacobs on the lips after he beat Berbick.
Thank You Brits for clearing things upComment

Nobody ever slapped me on my ass when I played sports, however; it did happen to my brother...funny story:
He was about to jog out on to the field when his coach slapped him on the ass to hurry him up...My brother turned around, gave him a mean glare and said, don't do that again. The Coach never did it to any player ever again.
The reason behind slapping the ass, from my understanding, goes with Horses. You slap a horse in the ass to get him moving.
Personally, I'm against it when it comes to slapping another man on the ass.
My Fighting instructor used to just kick me in the leg...hard. That and make us do push-ups and kick me in the stomach.
So yes, I agree, it's "iffy."
And my Father never kissed me, let alone never gave me a hug. I feel so sad. Joe is lucky in this regard I guess...but Fathers show love in different ways. My Father showed me "tough" love.
I cannot remember even the last time I hugged my Mother, or brothers and sisters. ****, I need a shrink.Last edited by Benny Leonard; 11-09-2008, 08:11 PM.Comment

I'll give you a hug mijo, I tell my sons I love them everyday.
From here on out, you can just call me 'papi'.

Never got that either; my family doesn't do that. No "I love you," No hugs, no contact except when fists fly.
I do think we have love for each other, but we show it differently. Mainly if someone is in trouble, we have each other's back. We're tight like that. After a major "conflict" we look at each other, and make eye contact and nod.
I'm going to be different with my kids but I'm not going the Calzaghe root.Last edited by Benny Leonard; 11-09-2008, 08:49 PM.Comment
