Who was the more dangerous opponent? Tarver or Jones?

Seeing so many posts from Calzaghe fans saying Dawson wouldn't compete with Joe because of the way Joe handled Roy. Are you forgetting the MORE than lackluster performance against Hopkins?

I agree that Cal BEAT Bernard, but it wasn't a CLEAR and DECISIVE win where Joe was landing EFFECTIVE and CLEAN punches. Please do NOT try to act like Joe was actually landing with the correct end of his fist. We've seen the slow downed footage. Joe was pitter patting wit his **** in an ugly, unattractive amatuerish showing.

At least Dawson edged out his win by actually punching and controlling the fight against Johnson when he could. And he basically DOMINATED Tarver who in MY opinion has been a more credible fighter than Jones has in the recent years. So how is Dawson not worthy of being pitter pattered by Calzaghe?

I would say Tarver probably. Roy just has so little left. A fight between Dawson and Calzaghe would definately be very competitive.

I think tarvers style would work better against calzaghe then roy jones...i think his defense is better in my opinion. Calzaghe would still beat tarver, but not as convincingly

Tarver is the more dangerous opponet. Though you have to take into effect how incosistent and subpar antonio has been since the Hopkins loss.

Jones and Tarver were both equal to fighting a hunk of dog****. It's just that in Roy's case the hunk was dried out by the sun and crumbled easier.
