    Man, I really think that the..............

    Dramatic weight loss that Roy had AFTER the Ruiz fight ruined the rest of his career.

    i was talking to my homie Antonio McDyess, and he even said that there is no correct way to lose 25 lbs. in muscle.

    You have to kill your body, and it would never be the same.

    I can only imagine what would have happened if he never lost all that weight and fought at either cruiser and made a name fighting in the HW. I think he could have dominated Cruiser but would have eventually caught an L at HW.

    Losing that weight the way that he did will be forever known as the turning point in Roy's career.

    the weight loss i'm sure took it's toll. but don't forget that roy was always a reflex fighter. reflexes are usually one of the first things to decline with age. dude is almost 40.

      Whether it did or not, he made a great achievement that no boxer had done in going up to HW and winning....he's the best..
