You guys that do nothing but twist things to bring down Calzaghe and his career standing.

Before this fight with Jones you said Jones would take him to school and whip him, but then Joe does exactly that to Jones and all of a sudden Jones is a washed-up hack. So now a new guys name is the talk of the town - Chad Dawson, a man you guys had little to say about in conjuction with Calzaghe, but now Calzaghe needs to beat him to justify himself to you sad lot.

Before Dawson it was Pavlik, after Calzaghe beat Hopkins you all said Hopkins was a washed up hack he'd get ****** out by young Kelly, then that same old washed up hack Hopkins turns in an evergreen performance to school young Kelly. So Pavlik is now yesterdays man and not mentioned with Joe anymore, as is Jones who was also going to beat Joe, and Dawson is the new man. And going back even further Calzaghe was never going to beat Lacy, but then when he did you all said Lacy was never that good anyway.

I read a lot of good stuff on this forum, but ever thread that contains talk of Joe Calzaghe is ruined by a high % of this childish trash that is no reasonable thinking just unfair hatred.

Joe Calzaghe doesn't have to prove anything to you lot. Get over yourselves, grow up and see things for how they are. You don't have to like someone, just give credit where it's due. If you don't then you're not a proper boxing fan.

even if people like myself that said Jones would win, it was a long shot prediction. Calzaghe was the betting favorite and all the writers were picking him pretty much.
