kess is a monster and imo has the beating of veryone from 168-175 just look at hoe he handled andrade who KO'ed bute! kess has everything imo he is just a touch slower thn dawson but stronger, bigger, hungrier and has a decent chin as well. if he went over the states people would realize just hoe hard he made joe work in their fight and thus how good joe is.


anyway joe is an awesome fighter, a fighter who feels as though he has never received his recognition that he deserves is a dangerous fighter. imo its easy to see ppl hate against him, his style and lack of self pormotion mean that he is hard for the casual fan to truly appreciate.

Totally agree, it`s great reading the Calzaghe haters post on here, a lot are swearing and calling peeps names cause Calzaghe keeps beating everyone put in front of him, but i can understand some of the american guy`s getting frustrated when all there legends are being beaten by a scrawny pale lad from a little country.

Lacy and Kessler were good, I'm saying he needs another one alongside them so he doesn't bow out fighting over the hill fighters. One more fight, whether it Dawson or whoever, could possibly cement his place as a true great. He'll beat anyone in front of him, so I don't know why he just doesn't fight them. He should have taken the Pavlik fight and he would have more recognition, although half the critics on here is because he's not American and us Americans like defending our fighters even when we know a Brit is better.

Joe (and Lennox in his time) is the only fighter I have time for from the Brits, the others are useless. Haye may be good but untested, Joe has done it all. Fair play.
