When you think about how bad his hands are, literally can't go one training camp or one fight without doing damage, does that make his acheivements that much more impressive? I wonder what he could have acheived if they weren't so bad...
Calzaghes acheivements, bearing in mind his bad hands.

If Joe's hands were in perfect condition he would've KO'd Hopkins, murdered Jones, demolished Dawson, annihilated Pavlik, and moved up to Heavyweight to pick apart Klitschko.
True story.
But with his hands being **** he just decided to fight guys like Manfredo, Bika and Pudwill instead.Comment

Well, he fought one handed against Reid, Ashira and Bika, to name just a few. His hands were damaged going into the Lacy and Salem fights, he pulled out of the Glen Johnson fight partly because of it, and there's been many postponements in his career because of them.
What if none of that had happened? This is a thread in the same style as all the "What if Vitali never got his face smashed in by Lennox?" kind of threads.Comment

Does it change the fact Hopkins is still 43 years old and is in decline still
How many people thought Hatton had a chance against Floyd, you were one _Ricky_Comment

People were just rooting for the old guys. I knew Cal would win both fights. I was just hoping he'd get knocked out.Comment
